Araqchi: IAEA should know that conditions for cooperation with Iran have changed

Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says that now the IAEA knows and its Director General should know that completely new conditions have been created, adding that “we have the parliamentary law and the conditions on the ground have changed.”
