Ontario looking at closing ‘loophole’ after brothers convicted of Iran sanctions violations change names

Convicted in the U.S. of sanctions evasion, Ontario residents Amin and Arash Yousefijam changed their names to Ameen and Aurash Cohen. Officials are seeking to close a “loophole.”
