Stoltenberg: ‘We Need To Do More’ For Ukraine

Former NATO Secretary General told RFE/RL on November 7 that the alliance needs to do more to help Ukraine, as this is the only way to force Russia to the negotiating table. “I don’t think we can change Putin’s mind,” he said, “but I do think we can change Putin’s calculus.”
