Vladimir Putin approves record military budget in bid to finish Ukraine war with Russian president dedicating a THIRD of his country’s GDP to ‘national defence’

Around 32.5 per cent of the budget has been allocated for national defense next year, amounting to over £99billion, up from a reported 28.3 per cent this year.
